When we bought this house in 2002, we spent all our budget on space. The house was perfectly habitable, but we knew there was lots of work to do. Insulation, modernization, restoration, and lots of other "ations." We might have thought twice if we'd known just what we were taking on....

Bravo sir! Not only does it look fine, but you survived DIY in a confined space, guaranteed to wig out idiots like me.
Love the photo stitch. That subtle wonkiness gives a teensy weensy air of haunted house to it.
Little do you know that the photo stitch was actually a valliant attempt to de-wonkify the situation...
